The story of the adventures of the main characters in a new world has found anime fans around the globe. Starting with web novels, the work was also produced in the form of light novels, and manga. Interest in the future of Hajime Nagumo makes the anime creators work on new episodes. According to official sources, Arifureta: From Commonplace to World’s Strongest season 2 will air on January 13, 2022.
As a reminder, the production of Season 1 of the anime initially became known in December 2017. The premiere of the series was scheduled for the spring of 2018, but the long-awaited episode 1 was only seen in the summer of 2019.
Plot
Hajime Nagumo is an ordinary teenager who disappears for hours at computer games or reading books. The guy is not a favorite in the class, on the contrary – classmates constantly joke and tease him for the relationship with the first beauty of the class, Kaori Shirasaki.
Once the unimaginable happens – the whole class falls into another dimension. In this case, each gets one or other magical abilities. But only Hajime gets the ability to turn hard objects – the ability, at first glance, completely unnecessary. Not understanding the purpose of magic, the guy is going through and indignant, but not for long.
The adventures of Hajime in the new world are just beginning. Ahead – a rough betrayal by a classmate and getting to the bottom of the gorge. Everyone considers the boy dead, and only his faithful and loving girlfriend, Kaori, does not believe in the death of Hajime.
The main character meets in a dungeon with Yue, a vampire, sharpened by his own uncle for her magic. Unhappy girl for 300 years waiting for help, and after meeting with her rescuer becomes his devoted friend. Now they are waiting for the ordeals, new acquaintances, the fight against evil and the long-awaited salvation from the clutches of the gorge. So, what is next?..

- Hajime Nagumo – a 17-year-old teenager with no manifestation of himself, calm, timid, with a kind heart; from the hobbies of the guy – the love of watching anime, reading manga and computer games with virtual worlds; the guy turns out to be at the bottom of the gorge after betrayal by a classmate, but this only gives the main character a reason to rush upstairs, rationally using his acquired capabilities, honing his skills and defeating all enemies in his path; Hajime is endowed with the ability to transform objects; arriving in the extreme conditions of the dungeon, the guy gradually becomes a cruel and ruthless warrior.
- Yue – a vampire girl, imprisoned in the abyss by her uncle because of her magical abilities; the girl is endowed with beautiful appearance and red eyes; she can only smile at Hajime; after some past events, Yue is afraid again to be deceived and abandoned; after 300 years of imprisonment in the dungeon, Hajima saves her, in gratitude Yue becomes his most devoted and reliable companion throughout all the adventures; the main thing for the girl is the safety of Hajime, rather than her own.
- Shea Haulia – a rabbit-girl; she has bunny ears on her head; she is able to see the future, especially when danger arises; thanks to her visions, Shea learned about the existence of Hajime, the girl sought to find him for one purpose – with the help of a boy, to free her tribe from slavery; at the beginning of her acquaintance with Hajime and Yue, the girl was no good for anything, Shea annoyed everyone with endless weeping, restless and noisy temper, but over time she became more sensible, calm and needed by her team; Shea is an excellent martial arts.
- Kaori Shirasaki – Hajime’s classmate; Kaori gradually falls in love with the main character, who was not a particularly bright guy among his classmates; the strong-willed qualities of Hajime conquered the tender heart of the girl; Kaori is a very kind, caring and responsive girl, ready to help all friends without exception; only she believed that Hajime did not die.
