Plot

A grim post-apocalyptic future. Planet Terra. Here, people bear little resemblance to people — they have features of animals and other mythological races. Here, natural disasters occur much more often than on Earth, bringing much greater destruction: unprecedented earthquakes, severe hurricanes, powerful floods, meteorite falls, etc. After such cataclysms, dangerous crystals of Originium remain.

Having the opportunity to predict the place of the disaster, cities, in order to avoid destruction, move to a safer place along with its inhabitants and structures. However, it is not always possible to make accurate calculations and protect settlements.

Almost all the people of Rhodes are infected with a disease for which there is still no cure. In the Ursus Empire, the persecution of the infected is particularly brutal. The government, on the other hand, made the healthy population believe that all the sick should be expelled. Rhodes is set only to help, regardless of whether a person is infected or not. The organization is against the death of people, but the main thing is that they strive to find a way to defeat the disease. And the main person who can help them in this is the Doctor. But he himself now needs protection and restoration…

• Amiya — a representative of Rhodes, the leader of the group; saved Dobermann from a trap thanks to the Doctor; despite her young age, the girl is experienced in combat, she is respected and her colleagues consider her opinion; fully trusts the Doctor and constantly supports him.
• Doctor — has excellent commanding skills, which allows him to save groups of Amiya, Dobermann and Ace; most recently was the lead researcher of Oripathy, but lost his memory.

1. The anime is based on the popular mobile game “Arknights” for Android and iOS, developed by the Chinese company Hypergryph. It was first introduced to gamers on May 1, 2019 in China, in other countries the game was released 8.5 months later — on January 16, 2020. Genre: Tower Defense. There is also a spin-off game called “Arknights: Endfield” developed for PC and mobile devices. It has been available since March 2022.
2. When the character Amiya first appeared in the game with her long ears, many users thought that she was half a donkey. Such a comparison was quickly debunked, as the creators of the game created it as a hybrid with a hare (Cautus race). However, memes on this topic in the world of Arknights could not be avoided.
