Plot

Decades ago, the public learned about the existence of a doll that kills people with extreme cruelty. At that time, humanity was divided into 2 camps: some believed in this bike, others considered it a fiction. Over the years, many have forgotten about this, and the schoolboy Jake did not know this story at all. At a sale, a guy buys an old, battered doll, which he eventually brings home with him and plans to make a mannequin out of it.

On the first day, an attempt to separate Chucky’s torso from the head failed. He had to postpone class for a while and plunge into everyday life, where classmates do not give Jake a pass. He often becomes the object of ridicule, but this does not torment his soul. He is afraid to confess his feelings to the object of his adoration — an African American named Devon. This guy has long taken pride of place in Jake’s heart.

Devon is famous for his straightforwardness, hosts a podcast in which he talks about the social difficulties of modern life. And while Jake is trying to think of a way to make friends with the guy closer, Chucky has already conceived another terrifying dirty trick. When the new owner took him to biology class, Chucky caught the moment when everyone turned away and gutted a frog lying on the table…

Already at home, Jake quarrels with his father, who is not satisfied with his son’s hobbies. The matter concerns not only the mannequin in the room, but also the unconventional orientation of the teenager, which the father sees as shameful. The guy is in his room at the moment when Chucky lowers the bare wire under the feet of Jake’s father, who stepped into a puddle that turned out to be energized. The arriving police only ascertain the death and take the boy to the next of kin.

They are Logan, his father’s twin brother, his wife and son, who studies with Jake in the same class. Here Chucky begins a new batch of atrocities. One of the victims is the housewife of his new family. The doll is so insolent that it does terrible things, less and less embarrassed to catch the eye of people. Chucky bullies one of the girls at school and she thinks she’s crazy.

In season 1, Chucky made his position clear by making it impossible for Jake to get rid of him. The season 2 again brought unwanted death. Maybe in season 3 Jake will gather his courage and start putting pressure on Chucky?

• Devon — Jake’s smart, well-mannered love interest; wanted to make a podcast with Jake, because he considered it important to highlight the topic of bullying at school, but the guy took it painfully and quarreled with Devon — Björgvin Arnarson.
