Plot
Netflix has decided to revive the anime hero created by Shinichirō Watanabe. Spike and Jet first try to get along on a ship called “Bebop” together. Receiving orders from the space police to capture high-profile and dangerous criminals, they travel through the vast expanses of the Universe, looking for any clues that may lead them to their goal.
One day, the guys decide to take an order for a major Asian criminal whose gang is robbing. The guys took the Asian by surprise when he and his friends tried to rob a casino. His speech was heartfelt, because he was talking about a burning topic – corporations took control of everything they could reach, and now ordinary people cannot make legally good money.
Without delving into the meaning of the words of a potential victim, Spike appears out of nowhere and begins to attack enemies. A couple of minutes later, an annoyed Jet comes to his aid – for the umpteenth time he asks Spike not to substitute himself and wait for the moment, but all this is useless. After completing the task with huge losses, they go to the police to get the money they earned. But in the end they get pennies.

Having dealt with all the costs, Jet understands that the amount could have been several times more if Spike had waited for him and had not started a mayhem in the casino – the money for repairs was deducted from their fee. After a short quarrel, they come to the conclusion that they will take those orders that Jet approves – the ship belongs to him, which means that he will choose the job himself.
On the next mission, they are joined by a girl named Faye Valentine, with whom they have diverging interests. Jet must bring a famous terrorist alive, and Faye wants to get money for his beloved. Spike decided to save the poor girl by all means, but after her man was killed, she herself decides to commit suicide.
From that moment on, Faye also joins the men – they will continue to surf space, fulfill new orders and look for answers to questions regarding their past in themselves. All three characters have unpleasant stories behind them that still haunt them…
