“Godfather of Harlem ss 3”: release date, announcement

The TV show combines the most life situations, ranging from corrupt politicians, religious issues and ending with scandals motivated by racial hatred.
p.s. Officially: the premiere of the season 3 of the TV show “Godfather of Harlem” is scheduled for January 15, 2023!
Plot
10 years Bumpy Johnson served honestly behind bars. During this time, the order in Harlem managed to change, and the land previously owned by Bumpy is now distributed among other criminal groups. Wanting to regain everything that was taken from him, he enters into an open battle with everyone who prevents him from doing business as before.
Bumpy’s first enemy is the Chin, whom many know as Vincent. A long time ago, he was just a pawn, working under the leadership of a petty bandit. But after 10 years, he was able to organize a small but influential group himself. It is the Chin who is convinced that they should not give Bumpy their old possessions, because a lot has changed in the intervening time, and Johnson will only ruin everything.
In season 1, such a battle broke out between them that politicians, blacks, Muslims and all those who were somehow oppressed by insolent criminals decided to take sides. Bumpy didn’t garner a following as fiercely as Chin did. He had to single-handedly deal with the killers who were sent to him.

In season 2, the family had to be sent to safety, as the bandits announced a hunt for people belonging to the Bumpy group. The corrupt policeman decided to kill Johnson right in his house, but he was quicker. The cop himself became a victim, but he managed to strike at a person close to Bumpy.
While he is fighting for his life, the Chin tries to solve the problems in his own life. His daughter Stella is dating a black guy named Teddy, whom Vincent has already tried to kill. Seeing her father’s negativity towards the race of her chosen one, Stella swallows a handful of pills. Nearly dying, she makes her father give her a promise that he will never touch Teddy.
The Chin agrees, but his supporters decide that the guy is better off dead. After the shot, Teddy dies in Stella’s arms and now the girl will take revenge for her murdered lover in every possible way. What will Vincent choose? Relationship with his daughter or continued criminal activity? Why doesn’t Bumpy want to lose faith that his former greatness can return to him?

I don’t know if it’s a stronger word to use for LOVE but that is what I feel when it comes to this show Godfather of Harlem! Geniusly written with Devine plot realistic plot twists that will have you glued to the tube and upset when the episodes end while anticipating when the next season will begin! I’m not a huge fan of crime but I love what Bumpy Johnson stood for which was survival and to came what was rightfully his by making mastermind chess moves throughout the streets of Harlem!! Forest Whitaker is amazing!
Extremely well done and almost realistic I had the opportunity to meet several of the real people portrayed!! Anxiously awaiting the new season
I love this show! Does the character Malcolm X have to be killed? Even though he was in reality, I really hate to see him go.
