Fans have been waiting for season 3 of the TV show “Harrow” for a very long time. The creators of the TV series have hinted that they are thinking about a season 4. However, as of November 2022, there is still no information about the start of filming of new episodes, nor about preparations for them. Fortunately, there were no statements about the closure of the project either, which means that fans of the picture still have hope for another meeting with their favorite characters. Plot

Sarcasm gushes out of Daniel Harrow – no matter who is in front of him. He is equally ignorant with bosses and less visible colleagues. Difficulties often arise from this, but Harrow is used to solving everything with the help of his own knowledge or dishonest methods. As a first-class expert, he understands his superiority, and often uses it.

At the start of the series, daughter Fern is Daniel’s only problem. The girl leaves home, does not want to communicate with divorced parents and for a long time does not tell the true reasons for her behavior. No matter how her father tried to renew the relationship, she only moved away. As it turned out, the reason was simple – her stepfather raped her.

Fern was afraid to tell her mother about it, but her mother was also afraid of her roommate. It is not known how he disappeared, and no one has seen him for more than six months. But Daniel knows his location very well. When Harrow found out that he was molesting his daughter, the man dealt with him. Observing all the rules and knowledge, Daniel drowned the remains.

But soon the body is found and this case must be investigated by Daniel. In order not to be caught by the police, he comes to work, from which he quit a couple of days ago, and asks to return. Considering that for Fern, dismissal was the guarantor of a quiet life, the girl did not approve of her father’s repeated attempt to get a job.

Only after a while, the daughter learned that her father had killed the man she hated. The relationship improved, but new problems appeared in the life of the protagonist. With each new season, the number of enemies increases, antagonists change, they are replaced by more and more sophisticated killers. Can Harrow go unnoticed among them?

• Daniel Harrow – an experienced criminologist who works with corpses; with manic accuracy, he is able to see the cause of death by external injuries on the body; well versed in anatomy; colleagues do not like him for his constant bullying; he always threatens that he will quit his job, but after that he comes back; adores his daughter and is ready to give up everything for her – Ioan Gruffudd.
• Fern Harrow – Daniel’s only child; after violence from her stepfather, she lived with her boyfriend, in season 2 they began to rent a separate house; loves parents, but adolescence negatively affects relationships; uses drugs – Ella Newton.
• Callan Prowd – Fern’s boyfriend; at first he tries to make money on various little things, in season 2 he got the position of a cook and was able to rent an apartment where he lived with Fern; twice became a victim of a maniac and both times was able to avoid death thanks to Daniel – Hunter Page-Lochard.

Interesting Facts

1. The shooting process is concentrated in the heart of Queensland – Brisbane. There is also Harrow’s fictional laboratory, which is actually Dental Hospital and College, now not working. There are no trips to other cities – everything was filmed here, even the river on which the doctor walks on his yacht.
2. When it became known that the show was extended for season 3, Ioan Gruffudd decided to direct several episodes. Perfectly understanding the essence of the work, he was able to establish contact with all the fellow actors who complained about the lack of understanding from the previous director.
3. Hunter Page-Lochard and Ella Newton became good friends during filming. For some time there were rumors that they were having an affair. But since Ella had a boyfriend at the time of filming the show, all this remained fiction.
4. Executive producer Leigh McGrath prohibited actors and crew from leaking any information to the media. It was important for Leigh to keep the intrigue until the very end. Less information about favorite TV show means more viewers.
