Plot

McKenna Brady has long acquired close friends with whom she studied all her life in the same school. One of them, Olivia, was famous for her love of luxurious life and a terrible sense of humor, which drove others to frenzy. Her jokes on her own young man once turned badly for a new schoolgirl named Violet Simmons.

At school, Violet was accidentally sprayed with red slurry, which Olivia had prepared in order to congratulate her lover on Halloween. Remembering the terrible events that had happened to her in the past, Violet screamed heart-rendingly, than seriously scared everyone around her. McKenna was unable to get past such flagrant injustice and decided to help Violet wash in the ladies’ closet.

Violet expressed her gratitude to McKenna as best she could. She bought her an expensive dress, which she once saw from McKenna on social networks. She, in turn, invited Violet to participate in a bachelorette party, which McKenna and her friends decided to arrange in the cemetery. Looking for something to their liking, the girls decided to play the game “Light as a feather”.

The first victim of the game was Olivia, who agreed to learn the events of her own death. For a moment, the girls even thought that Olivia seemed to soar above the ground, but no one attached much importance to this. Only after some time they realized that they had done something out of the ordinary. What will happen to the girls? Who can survive?..

• McKenna – a high school student, dreams of going to college; in love with Olivia’s brother, who is already studying at the University of California; 2 years ago, McKenna lost her twin sister due to heart failure; indignantly watches her mother get drunk; the first began to be friends with Violet, unaware of her past – Liana Liberato.
• Violet – a new high school student, studying with McKenna, the rest of the guys think that she behaves strangely, but McKenna does not agree with the majority opinion; Violet is brought up by her grandmother in chic conditions, which explains her penchant for expensive gifts for loved ones; no one knows about her dubious past; panicky afraid of the sight of blood – Haley Ramm.
• Olivia – the school’s favorite, beauty, and rich; the girl is self-confident, which sometimes affects the relationship with friends; dreams of death in old age in an embrace with Ryan Reynolds, who plays Deadpool in the films of the MARVEL cinema universe – Peyton List.

1. The series is an adaptation of Zoe Aarsen’s book “Light as a Feather, Stiff as a Board”, which was published on the Wattpad website. There, readers and writers had the opportunity to post their own texts online. Aarsen herself did not want to take part in the film adaptation, selling the rights to her book to the creators of the project.
2. Broadcasting the picture is engaged in the Hulu channel, which in recent years has released dozens of cool TV shows. It is “The Handmaid’s Tale”, which has been broadcasting since 2017, and “The Act”, based on real events, and “Castle Rock”, which has been heard for 3 years, and many other paintings. Hulu does not stop at one genre, so the channel’s audience is large.
