“Little Witch Academia season 2” is a sequel to the anime about the adventures of a young sorceress, the show was created by director Yoh Yoshinari and Trigger Studios.
The premiere of the 1st season took place on January 9, 2017 (25 episodes).
At the moment, there is no confirmed information that the director plans to release a new anime season “Little Witch Academia”. According to the director of the project, Yoh Yoshinari, he wanted to continue developing the storylines of some of the heroines. But, unfortunately, it never came to the creation of the season 2.
Plot
Academy, where young girls are taught the art of magic and turn them into witches. Such an academy is no longer a rarity for most modern anime.
But still, here is another small film about such an educational institution. The magical academy that appears in the anime was founded a long time ago.
The trees that grow there emit magical power, which is transmitted to the magic stone in the highest tower of the academy. From this stone, witches draw their strength.
Once, as a child, a young, very young girl Ako saw the performance of one of the graduates of this academy – the Shining Rocket.
Her performance caused a storm of positive emotions in Ako and she decided that she would also be a witch. Entering the academy, she studied diligently, conquered magic and took exams. Of course, I could not manage without problems. For example, Miss Ideality – Cavendish, considered her a complete loser and always took off.
So on one of the tasks, Cavindish accidentally released the ancient and evil dragon. Magic was against him useless, because he could absorb and become stronger. Miss Cavendish was lying and she could not do without the help of a loser.
