Plot

Holden Ford is an FBI agent who specializes in interviews with criminals who have taken hostages. Now teammates Holden Ford and Bill Tench are experimenting with studying the deviations in the mental health of a person, rolling around the whole of America.

They are joined by the psychologist of one of the universities – Dr. Carr. The woman is engaged in research of psychology of serial maniacs and murderers. After several successful attempts to recognize the scoundrel, the FBI begins to work closely on this issue.
