The sequel to the TV show “The House of Paper” has been officially announced. The final season 5 will premiere on September 3, 2021. This will be the 1st part of the season with 5 episodes. The second part will be released on December 3, 2021. 5 episodes will also be shown.

Plot

At the time the events began, Tokyo had its own name, but a terrible reputation. Local authorities were looking for her, she recently lost a loved one in a shootout, and her mother tried to hand her over to special services. Deciding on extreme measures, Tokyo accidentally meets a man who does not speak his name, introducing himself as a Professor.

He offers her to join forces with a group of strangers who specialize in robberies and have extensive experience in the field of hacking. Each of these people lost everything they had. They simply have nothing more to lose, so they agreed to take part in the scam proposed by the Professor.

At that moment, instead of a name, all participants receive nicknames in honor of large cities. The main goal of the audience is to rob the largest Mint, in which all the country’s money is concentrated. The amount of 2.4 billion euros is shared among all participants. In this case, none of them will ever have to look for a job in their life.

It takes 5 months to prepare for the operation, for which Tokyo manages to fall in love with her friend, nicknamed Rio. He is 12 years younger than her, but so absorbed in feelings that he can not hide it. To win over the girl before robbing the Mint, he gives her his army badge, on which his real name is printed.

After losing a loved one, Tokyo did not want to start a new relationship, but fate decreed otherwise. When the day of robbery came and a shootout with the police began, Rio was injured. The girl gradually began to lose her temper, because she again could lose love and be in the situation in which she once was.

But this is only the beginning of a fascinating story about a robbery. The insidious plan, shoots, chases, terrible inclinations of the remaining robbers and a huge amount of blood will take the audience to a detective drama. What will become the focus of the story of season 5? Which of the participants will leave the team? And why will Tokyo make a series of strange decisions regarding personal life?

1. Úrsula Corberó spent many hours in the gym so that the director could shoot her in close-up from time to time. The girl from season 1 sits on a strict diet, because for many tricks she has to have physical strength and endurance. Úrsula performs all the tricks on her own, although she has repeatedly been offered to use the stuntman.
2. Álvaro Morte briefly had an affair on the set. Then he started another affair with an employee working behind the scenes. As a result, the romantic relationship failed, the girls concluded that Álvaro was motivated, and no one else agreed to meet with him.
