Plot
Unfortunately for Imogen, she saw her mother’s bloodied body with her own eyes. And next to her at that moment was Karen — an envious friend, whose boyfriend once climbed up to kiss Imogen. It was a long time ago, but Karen was still mad at her friend. But she wasn’t mad at the guy at all. They continued to meet as if nothing had happened.
Left an orphan, Imogen moved in with her friend Tabby Haworthe, and a month after the tragedy, the girl decided to return to school again. This helped her get rid of sad thoughts, although she still entered her former home with great difficulty. She had to gather her strength before crossing the threshold of her already former home.
While at school, Imogen was constantly attacked by Karen. The girl tried so hard to rid the school of Imogen that she asked the director to talk to the girl. Against all odds, Imogen decided not to back down. Especially with a friend like Tabby. She constantly supported her new neighbor and was ready to help her in any endeavors.
Declaring war on the domineering Karen, Imogen decided to deal her the first blow — at the end of the week there was to be an evening at which the students chose the queen of the school. Karen has always been queen, but not this time. She has supporters ready to thwart Karen’s desire to enter the contest. Being envious, she becomes indignant, but over the years of study, Karen has made too many enemies.
By publicly announcing her intention to become queen, Imogen actually wins the competition. Karen tries to muddle her, but karma is an amazing thing. Right in front of Imogen’s feet, the opponent’s body falls from a great height. And at this moment, several students receive cryptic messages on their phones at once…
Trying to understand what is the matter, the girls learn a terrible secret — many years ago, at the graduation party, where their mothers were, a girl died. Moreover, in the same way as Karen. - The TV show is a spin-off of the popular “Pretty Little Liars” project released in 2010. In the story, a group of teenagers are trying to deal with the consequences of a terrible tragedy that plunged their beloved town of Millwood into a real shock more than 20 years ago. That story was revealed in an amazing way and lasted several seasons.
- In 2017, an attempt was already made to make a spin-off, which was called “Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists”. Immediately after the release of the 1st season, it was decided to close the TV show, since the picture did not bring the creators the desired success. Then they decided to release another spin-off, in which there will be no previous mistakes.
