“Rust-Eater Bisco ss 2”: release date, announcement
As usual, before answering the question about the renewal of an anime (series, movie and other TV products), analysts study the reviews and ratings of both the season as a whole and each episode individually. The anime “Sabikui Bisco” gained a huge fan following in its early days when the first volume of the light novel was released in 2018. After the release of the season 1 of the series, the number of fans increased many times. Would the director stop there with enough material on hand to further adapt? Most likely no.
Therefore, with a high degree of probability, the continuation of the series will be released, but there is no official information about the exact release dates yet. According to unofficial sources, “Sabikui Bisco Season 2” will premiere in mid-2023. We are waiting for confirmation statements.
Plot
A terrible event happened many years ago. The world is faced with a deadly danger — Rust, after the invasion of which only rusty sand remains. Miraculously, the surviving people gradually became infected: their bodies became covered with rust, and after the defeat of the lungs and heart, the person died. The Rusty Wind is merciless, and so far no one has been able to find an antidote to the disease. Not to the government, not to ordinary people.

Bisco Akaboshi is known among the inhabitants of the city as a mushroom terrorist, because when shooting from a bow, huge mushrooms instantly grow in places where the arrow hits. However, the archer’s goal is not to kill, but to find a cure that can cure Jabi. As people say, there is a kind of mushroom in the world called “Sabikui” that can destroy all forms of rust. In search of this, Bisco meets a young doctor, the best in his field — Milo Nekoyanagi. They have a dangerous path ahead of them, and in order to achieve their goal, they must learn to trust each other and help in everything…
