The continuation of the crime drama “The Cleaning Lady” has not been officially announced, but film critics are confident that new episodes will be released despite the average ratings of the released seasons. The probable time for the premiere is autumn 2023. But there is no exact information yet.

Plot
The lack of a residence permit complicates matters for Luca’s treatment. And if Fiona with her child does not need to visit hospitals, then Luca, unable to be in open space, is already tired of being chained to the same place. His movement from place to place is always accompanied by wearing a spacesuit – only in it the boy can breathe freely.
Months passed, Thony was waiting for the scheduled operation for the child, but there was still no call. Luca’s condition gradually began to deteriorate, and Thony managed to ruin relations with another employer who decided to afford too much. Everything went awry, and the woman became desperate. But another part-time job opened up new opportunities for the Asian girl.
An underground fight club needed a cleaning lady, and a curious Thony accidentally witnessed the murder of one of its visitors. She was noticed at the moment when she wanted to run away from the scene. But instead of removing the witness, the killers decide to use her knowledge to clean up crime scenes of blood.
Arman, the leader of the gang decides to periodically invite Thony to ensure that she carefully cleans up, if necessary. Places are always different. Sometimes it’s a drug lab, sometimes it’s a party where the unimaginable happens. Against her will, Thony has to participate in such events as a cleaner.
Soon she gets the first dividends. She makes good money at her new job, and thanks to new acquaintances, she gets a residence permit and the opportunity to quickly get a place for the operation necessary for her son. It’s just that it’s not that simple here either. Conscience torments Thony, she cannot calmly do her job, because it is against the law.
One day the others learn of the existence of a woman whom Arman did not kill after what she saw. The gang members decide that he has become attached to his ward and they are trying to kill her. But Arman protects her with all his might, because he is already familiar with her history and knows that someone else’s life depends on Thony’s actions… How long can he hide Thony from enemies? Will Luka win the battle for his own life?..

Interesting Facts
- The LaSalle brothers are twins. They easily managed to replace each other in the frame when they played Luca. Screen time for them was distributed equally. The boys are so similar that none of the crew members ever learned to tell them apart.
- The original TV show “La chica que limpia” ended after just one season. To create the season 2, the American writers wrote a new storyline. Based on the Argentine TV show, 2 adaptations have already been created: in the USA (“The Cleaning Lady”) and Mexico (“La muchacha que limpia”).
- Élodie Yung is a popular French actress. As a child, her parents enrolled her in a karate class, as a result of which Yung received a black belt. Growing up, Élodie decided to become a lawyer, having received a law degree from the University of Paris, but unexpectedly for everyone, fate brought her to the acting profession. She is best known for her roles in the Marvel TV series “Daredevil” and “The Defenders”.
